I’ve got 2 solaredges one older one newer.
According to SolarEdge, the software on the newer one is good for a gridtied connection to a Quattro or mutiplus (via the AC out connection)
The older one is not .
Now the question, if I would connect the SE’s in a master/slave system with the Master being the newer SE. Would the system work?
The multiplus or Quattro shifts the frequenty if you connect a capable inverter to the out ac , as soon as the batteries reach a full charge . The inverter will keep producing only the power will be diverted to the grid.
