Script to read out Ruuvi temperature and to control a shelly via HTTP

I want to read out a Ruuvi Sensor to control a shelly via HTTP. Is the temperature to high start the fan via shelly 1+.

I want to control the shelly 1+ with HTTP like http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/relay/0?turn=on.

But I don't know how to read out the sensor data and to run a script regulary every 5 minutes.

You can do this via NodeRED in the large version of Venus OS: https://www.victronenergy.com/live/venus-os:large
