MPPT Rs 450/100 with 2 arrays tracker 1 showing volts but no power and current to batteries

I have 3 phase system, 3x Multiplus II 5000, with 2x MPPT 450/100 and Pylontech batteries (@99%). Both MPPTS have 2 trackers (2 arrays), on each MPPT only 1 tracker is showing Volts, watts, amps. The other tracker is showing Volts only. does this mean the polarity of the trackers is incorrect? or does one tracker on each MPPT cut out when batteries are full?

more than likley one will shut down first when the batteries are full. If they are both working correctly when the batteries are down at say 80% then there is nothing to worry about

thanks Paul, Yes you were correct, I didn't know that it idled one tracker at top of charge.
