Or because your system is set not to charge uo to the batteries before exporting to grid?
Check under ESS what the settings are there.
The BMS usually controls charge and discharge up to the min swt poont in case of grid faliure.
To test see if you set to keep batteries charged if it changes the behaviour.
I have same issue. Who can help me?
I have SolarMD SS143.
Some time soc level shows 37% and voltage is 50.5v,
Some time soc level shows %1 and voltage is 50.5v
How we can calibrate it? I want to charge the batteries when it under 35%.
Where I can find the soc level and voltage values chart?
Is the firmware on the inverters and GX up to date? The ve bus SOC should synchronise to the battery SOC.
Sometimes the Solar MD SOC gets weird. Do you have the logger? Check for cell imbalances. Second thing to check is the CCL in VRM advanced or under the battery in devices menu. See if it is refusing charge for some reason.
