We have a site where the MPPT went offline. Look on the VRM Portal and it show 6days back communicated.
Go into firmware upgrade and you can see the device and upgrade the unit and the other 2 MPPT's as well.
After upgrade we have rebooted the CCGX but is still not able to see the MPPT.
The MPPT have start coming up with random Battery Temperature alarms and the other two MPPT's 100% fine.
Communicate over CAN 2 x MPPT150/85 and 1 x 150/70 - 70A MPPT offline

Same issue here: 2 x MPPT 150/60 with 5 panels on SCC1 and 7 panels on SCC2.
Panels are 340v per unit. We have Plenty sun here in RSA.
Three weeks after install, the #2 SCC went dead and has been offline since then. The #1 is working perfectly but with much reduced yield.
Checked fuses, tried restart and reboot of Venus. Niks nie! Logged fault with installer to come and take a look.
Hint: 1 x MPPT 150/60 can handle only 6 panels max, soooo i gues an overload could b root cause? Time will tell.
The MPPT stays offline as long as there is not enough PV voltage (Vbat+ 5Vdc) to have it switched on, Are you sure the panels are supplying voltage/.power?

Okay maybe In haven't express myself clearly.
The united is producing solar power normal.
The communication does not work correctly. If you go via the portal the device is in active/offline. If you go firmware upgrade it detect the mppt and you can upgrade the firmware of the mppt device. Have rebooted the CCGX to redetect all mppt but it does not detect or show the mppt and does not come back online.
