3 phase system 3 x 3kva multiplus II

2 x blue solar 150/45 ve direct east west configuration equal PV power at 2070 kw each

Cerbo GX

ESS running ether keep batteries charged or optimize with battery life to 90%

Two x Freedom Won etower 5/4 52V total 10/8 kwh

Grid type: Other ( not compliant to any set grid system )

Grid setpoint 600W

Phases are not balanced ( nature of the load )

When battery is 100% full and PV exceeds the load then feedback occurs and the supply authorities prepaid meter, which has a tamper switch opens and grid power is then lost.

Any help would be most appreciated

Might seem counter intuitive but set the grid set point to 0w.

I am not sure why but some times the phase regulation also needs to be set to individual phase. you may not want to experiment though meters going into tamper mode are a total pain. (maybe an AC ignore or a way to disconnect from grid during the day may be in order?)

It will most probably be resolved by changing to individual phase regulation, as mentioned already. By default it wants to balance phases, which in SA will not go down well with some of the municipal meters.

Good Morning Nick and Alexandra Many thanks for the advice you posted, it appears that changing to individual phase regulation has worked. We have also lowered the Grid set point to 200W.
