VE.Bus Error 8/11 0x800016

Hi, I have a problem with the recurring error 8/11 Ve.Bus #42 0x800016. It is a three-phase system consisting of three Multiplus-II units with a Pylontech US3000C battery. The fault relates to the unit on phase L3. I have checked the data wiring and also the N and PE terminals and nothing is completely wrong. Do you have any idea what it could be?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

They are usually related. It is alot of work but must be done.

Follow the troubleshooting steps outline there to eliminate what is the cause. Especially the 11.

And I hope you are using more than one Pylontec battery here.

Three pieces of batteries. But i see error 11 not 8.
