230v/50Hz Multi/Quattro in US 240v/60Hz off-grid

I have yet to see a definite answer for this question so I'm asking for confirmation before ordering components.

I have an off-grid (no mains connection at all, possible generator input, definite PV input) bathroom/laundry that will run mainly 120v, as well as a single 240v/30A outlet for an electric clothes dryer.

Will a 48v Multi/Quattro 230v/50hz Euro spec be able to power this along with a 100A Autotransformer? There aren't many choices for 120v/60hz high wattage inverters and there are plenty of the Euro spec models to choose from.

Thank You

I have seen several drawings doing just that. For example:

AT-1 split phase 240V to 120-240V with Quattro 240V

Can you roughly balance the 120 volt loads between two legs of 120/240 volt split phase?

The neutral current of the autotransformer is limited to 32 amps so the L1 to L2 imbalance must always be less than 32 amps.

If most of your loads are on a single 120 volt leg, you can also use an autotranfomer to create the 240 volt dryer power from a 120 volt Quattro.

One other possible concern is the lack of UL certification for the "euro" units. But that would also be true for 120 volt Quattros also.

I'm sure I can balance the loads between L1/L2 no problem. The main question is does the 230v/50hz inverter supply 240v/60hz without issue?

Also, regarding input from a generator, would it have to be 240v/60hz?
