Control Panel keeps saying connecting

Brand New MPPT 100/50 control panel just keeps indicating that it is connecting. Read posts and checked firmware for panel and controller in APP and it states firmware is current. System is operating and can monitor via app

Check your ve direct connection to the mppt. It is either a problem with the communication on the control side or the mppt side or the link between.

How did you update the control? And what version is it on?
