MultiPlus-II 12/3000/120-50 120/240V will not turn on

I have tried everything to get my Multiplus to turn on. But all I can get is a quick flash of lights.


And this brings something to my attention. Victron does not have Customer Support. They push you to the distributor for issues like this. We are full time and were out of town so I turned of the inverter before we left. When I went to turn it back on lights flashed then nothing. Batterys are at 13.34v. I have tried to disconnect everything. I can not disconnect the AC as it was designed so poor for as I feel like I am going to break it to get the AC cables to seat properly.


All that said its been 24hours and I still have not received a call back.


Inside the inverter the voltage is 11.68 but on the post in the inverter the voltage reads 13.34 volts.

120/240? No Victron inverter provides 120/240 split phase. What do you mean?


What battery?

The 120/240 from the device list in the VRM see attached screenshot. I have 500ah of Battle born lithium. I have move the RV to the sun to try and help charge the Batteries a bit to see if the is it.screen-shot-2022-09-23-at-071239.png
