Has the Venus GX been connected to power and the internet?

Does it say that it is connected and sending data in the VRM menu?

Hi HM,

There are a few relevant manuals that run through the start up proceedure for connecting a GX device to the VRM portal.

Note that the most important thing to get going is an external network, which is connected to the internet, that you connect the GX device to. This is most easily done by plugging in an Ethernet cable from a modem/router into the Ethernet port of the GX.

Until the GX is connected to the internet, it can not report its ID and you won’t be able to register it to your VRM account.

I am working right now to improve the clarity of this process and these GX manuals, including step by step videos. So your question is timely.
