EV Charging station Error: Car is disconnected - can't start charging

I have a new installed EV Charger. Charger is propper connected, Screen is working, LED ring are on. Firmware is 1.22 (with 1.21 was the same error). Charging cabel is connected to car (tesla model 3). When i start manual charging, above error occurred. I have checked another charging cabel, same error. Both cabels are working at another charger (no victron). EV Charger is in VRM Portal.
The connector from the charge cabel in the charger is never locked.
The station shows any time "EV Disconnected".

Is the device defective? what can i check?

The following steps are necessary to solve the problem:
- Update the firmware to 1.23
- Connect car
- perform CP calibration in browser under general


Firmware 1.23_C025 is working. With 1.23_C026 internal diplay does not work.

It helped me. I didn't know how to charge peugeot e 206. It works for me now. Do not forget to calibrate the car. It cannot be done without it.
