is there a automatic weather station available that can interface to the Cerbo? Like to measure radiation, wind and temperature for a remote PV site.

There us nothing specific to the Victron system except and irradiance meter you can integrate.

Fronius has a bunch of sensors in their eco system for irradiance, panel temperature, wind anemometer etc that work with their data cards. I do not know if they report to the VRM or not.
The "inexpensive" Ruuvi device will report the contemporary temperature, air pressure and humidity. Although only the temperature history is recorded.
