When we have load shedding the inverter kicks in automatically. When the power comes on again the inverter gives a fault and says AC Disconnected. if you switch the inverter off and back on the inverter works again.

On VRM or the GX notifications, what specific alarms does it report?
Share screenshots of the inverter config pages from veconfigure.
Is this a new installation and was it installed professionally?
Are there solar chargers and is it running as an ESS?
Did it ever work fine previously?
