L2 output on Multiplus IIx120V

I have a Multiplus IIX120v on a 50A service RV with L1 and L2 wired to the Multi. When in the app, it only shows output on L1 (and on victron connect when logged into inverter with MK3) and never shows any output on L2, no matter what I switch on via the AC panel loads. I know there are L2 loads. Is this normal to only see output on L1?screen-shot-2022-09-04-at-75718-am.png
