Victron and fronius AC couple light flicker

I did 3 offgrid systems with DC mppt solar and also added fronius Gridtie inveters and im getting bad light flickering

I have not got a good reply from fronius so yes im still struggling ..i did buy a power Oscilloscope and im learning it
