It was all working OK until then. The VRM Dashboard and Advanced web pages are all OK so the router and internet connection are fine. They report the Remote Console as being "Enabled and up":
It is a remote site so I cannot physically press the reset button as suggested in other posts e.g. this, is there anything else I can try from a distance?
