Muiltplus 3000 goes into float and not Bulk mode

My Muiltplus 3000 goes into float and not Bulk mode and the lithium batteries are 84% and 76% and thats with shore power so it look like it a trickle change right now ???

Can someone recommend a company to log in and look at my settings..

if you can connect with Victron connect you could post screenshots of yuor settings here, then a number of people can check them for you for free?

In VE Configure, under Charger, make sure the check box for Storage Mode is blank. Occasionally we have this happen without user interaction. I haven't chased this for a while as to the why but look there first.
