Wrong VRM diagram display

New installation Easysolar-2 GX, 24- 3000, no solar yet, no AC load,
When AC-in turned on, battery starts to charge OK, VRM shows this in diagram.
When AC-in turned off, battery starts feeding inverter (OK) , VRM shows this correct.
Now I separate battery completely but VRM keeps showing outgoing battery current! Why? Software bug?

There is also on the top always a red warning of No AC-in available. But there is.

I also did not manage to activate remote VEconfigure according instructions.

What you see in VRM is not realtime, so there are delays, if communication is interrupted the last state remains on the portal, it can be outdated.

Please add some screenshots to show what you mean.

For remote VE.config you have to enable "two-way communication"

And of curse this only works if the Multi ist switched on and the system is online.

I realize now that without AC-in and without battery there is no supply voltage for the electronics and the system is dead. Hence VRM is showing the last correct state which is not actual anymore.

I’m also will try your remarks regarding remote VE.config

You cannot disconnect batteries from inverter, it’s not designed to work without one.
