Cerbo not resetting (have to disconnect battery for reset)

We have a Cerbo that is not allowing the system to reset and it is not resetting itself after alarm e.g. overload alarm.

E.g. when we go to:

Quattro >> Advanced >> System reset...

and press enter, then the display freezes in "resetting". We then have to disconnect the battery to force a reset on the inverter.

Equipment:

3x 10kVA Quatto v497
Cerbi v2.87 (the same issue was detected on earlier version of firmware)

The issue with this is that if an overload alarm is detected then the cerbo goes into overload alarm, but is not resetting itself (Note that "Do not restart after short-circuit VDE 2510-2" is NOT ticked).

Any comments?

I don't know why inverter reset does not work, but if you want to reboot the Cerbo GX, you do that from "Settings" - "General" - "Reboot?".
