Due to the ongoing supply issues with Fischer Panda we are having to switch to Mase generators whose control/monitoring interface is Modbus/RS485 (with a relay contact to awaken the control panel) for the next few boats.
The plan is to use the Victron RS485/USB cable to interface to the Cerbo and one of the built-in relay contacts for the 'wake' function. We realize this will require a reasonable amount of work on a driver since the cable is only really plug and play for electric meters.
Could someone point us to any existing code that we can use as an example of how to create a driver for the Cerbo with modbus data.
