Hi guys
The system I set up has a quattro and freedomwon battery with no solar as it is just a back up for a server room. Problem is that the battery is not getting charged.
Has ess and is set to keep battries charged
Any ideas?

If it's just backup power remove the ESS assistant, it adds no value and complicates things.
The system will work as a ups by default.
Is the battery visible from the GX and showing the correct info?
Details/parameters will show if it is blocking or limiting charge/discharge.
Did you pre-charge the inverter caps?
Depending on the model you can use the usb cable provided and the orion bms utilities to query the battery.
