I bought a Multiplus 2 12/3000 to replace my 12/1600 but AES won't start with settings below 116W. Can anyone confirm this for the Multiplus 2 line or is there a fault in a single unit?

I think it's software, I have a similar problem on a different unit. There are other threads about it..
Thank you for your prompt reply. I was hoping the problem was already fixed. It is very unfortunate that this occurs with the most expensive and most developed device. All I can do is return the device to the supplier. My call to Victron was very unpleasant, the dealer's technical support had no solution.
