Phoenix excesive consumption

Hello.

I have a Phoenix invertir 12v/2000VA smart.

The inverted shows that the load is 700w, that is right, but the consumption from the battery by the inverter is 1100w.... so It has been Lost 400w!!!

Do you have any idea of what is the problem??

What is reporting these values, and have you verified these values with other means?

Losses in cabling and also power factor on load side can cause the difference.

A nd to add on to what snoobler mentioned though, if not being measured by a shunt and is an 'assumed' consumption will be inaccurate anyway.
