Multi plus 48/3000/33-50 - Not connected

Can somebody help - I have recently bought a Easy solar - 48/3000. On the CCGX panel under device list it show as Multiplus as not connected. How do I get it connected

I have the following setup

- 4 x 300 w panels

- 4 x 12V - 200AH batteries

- In the VE configure - Battery Monitor enabled

Strange. Try a reboot of the GX. Under 'Settings' > 'General'. Troubleshooting mode now, so come back..
