Can I use the CerboGX and the GlobalLink520 toegether ( connected via VE.Direct) ?
This is for a situation where no Internet ( only Intranet) is available.

No this will not work. Those VE.Direct ports are for connecting devices like MPPT's or SmartShunt.
These are two separate devices for providing VRM data in different ways.
CerboGX is designed to connect to VRM via Ethernet and GlobalLink is designed to work with LTE-M. Not to be connected together.
