If I have Easy Solar 24V/1600 and GlobalLink 520. Do I also need a SmartShunt to get the consumption values from the batteries?

I'm sorry but the Easy Solar is not supported by the GlobalLink 520.

You can use a SmartShunt to read out information about the Consumed Amphours over a period of time.
