It won’t work with the BMV display. The Lynx Shunt is an intelligent device that communicates with the victron ecosystem via CANBus. The one that came with your BMV is a (nicely packaged) regular shunt. All the electronics and smarts are in the control head. The cable is analogous signals.
Can the bmv712 i.c.m. with it's own shunt work next to a Lynx 1000 shunt? The BMV712 shunt reporting to the BMV712 itself and the Lynx 1000 shunt reporting to the Cerbo? Can there be 2 or more shunts without messing up each others bussines?
Unless you have multiple battery banks best to configure one as battery monitor and the other(s) as energy meters. Then rename in VRM so it's clear what you're looking at.
