Lan Remote console not working anymore

The lan Remote console is activated but not working anymore (and did before) when entering the IP address shown in Getaway device list info. What could be the issue? Thank you

Try ping the IP address, that will give you an idea if it is on the network or not.

You can try remove power to the device, give it 20 seconds and try again.

It may have dropped off the network, are you using a wired or wireless connection?

wired connection. Now it suddenly worked again... I don't understand or know what the issue is that this happened and don't know how to fix it if it happens again.
