multiplus ii trips when battery reached 100%

Hi

i have a multiplus ii Gx inverter charger as AC coupled FIMER inverter at the critical load end with lithium battery bank

multiplus ii trips when it reach 100% of its battery capacity with charging from solar power when grid is not available.

please help me with this

There is not nearly enough detail to help.

Wiring diagram? Settings? Detailed inventory? Battery detail? BMS?
