They will make quite a bit of heat for sure,
what I do is use a fridge thermostate to turn a ventilation/cooling fan on at a set temp then it will also turn off when it cools at night or the load drops
Look at the fans inside the multi, try match those and add extra for the MPPT. In a similar situation I have installed a thermo electric cooler with temp control to keep the equipment between 20 and 25 degrees C. You can calculate your heat load by looking at the device efficiency, assume most of the efficiency loss is turned to heat and of course your loads.
