Can't talk to multiplus 2

New install. Can't talk to multiplus 2 from laptop. lights on multiplus 2 are absorption steady and float and inverter alternate flashing

This codes means: "VE-Bus Error 7: VE.Bus BMS without a Assistant". Do you have connected such a bms ? If not it is time to call your dealer.
