Smartshunt 500A Cannot connect via Bluetooth

Hi, recently purchased a Smartshunt 500A for use with my new Lithium Battery. Worked great for a day and now won't connect to my Android phone. Tried connecting to an Ipad as read on here that there are never issues with Apple devices and also another Android phone. It appears the bluetooth has stopped working. The bluetooth light is flashing. I have disconnected the positive lead from the Smartshunt to try resetting the unit, but to no avail.

Are they any other methods for doing a complete unit reset.

If you have no GX then a usb to ve direct works. If it is just one device then it is that specific device issue.

The troubleshooting section of the victron connect manual has pointers. The biggest one that catches people is gps/location services must be on for it to work.
