We have an old BYD site (Pierce) that was installed with the Two-signal BMS support assistant and it has been problematic with issues such as MPPT dropouts, then low batt shut down etc. The system now back up and running but the MPPT does not show up. Is it recommended to remove the Assistant, and two wires, and update all firmware etc to improve reliabiliity?
