Victron Support

Good day, I have a technical issue - my supplier/distributor does not reply to calls or emails, same for the regional sales manager - I find no other recourse on the Victron site - how does one escalate a situation like this ?

There's a support page, detailing how to go about this.

Part way down is a distributor finder link. The distributors are responsible for all support in their areas.

I'm assuming you haven't found that link.

Sorry to resurrect this. How do I escalate my request for support well after the link given by @kevgermany?

Victron already forwarded my request to a one Abhay Shah who, however, never contacted me.

I could try the email given by @ChristerN but it strikes me as a separate department which would only be doing me a favour.

Best is to contact the regional manager, contact details are on the main victron site.

From an RMA perspective, you can use any repair center, there is no requirement to use the original supplier.

I‘m not a separate department, just a simple private member of this community giving advice according to my experience and have no connection to Victron other than being a customer.

Just to conclude on this one, the local shop became responsive after the regional manager intervened. Victron sent spare parts by courier and the local shop fixed them. So the issue was fully resolved.
