Part way down is a distributor finder link. The distributors are responsible for all support in their areas.
I'm assuming you haven't found that link.
Sorry to resurrect this. How do I escalate my request for support well after the link given by @kevgermany?
Victron already forwarded my request to a one Abhay Shah who, however, never contacted me.
I could try the email given by @ChristerN but it strikes me as a separate department which would only be doing me a favour.

Best is to contact the regional manager, contact details are on the main victron site.
From an RMA perspective, you can use any repair center, there is no requirement to use the original supplier.
