I have system of 48v 600Ah off-grid home lighting Quattro (5KW x3) -15kw system, which is an 4 floor apartment , in this 3 phase system morning time when the load is increased at morning 6 the voltage is dropping to 45v. what might the reason for this ?

Battery low? Bad connections? Need more informations to help you:

- Components

- Wiring

- Battery (type, manufacture)

- Load, SoC ...

12v 4 series=48v and 200 Ah

200Ah is paralleled 3 times=600Ah1r7a724662461940.jpg

The battery installation looks bad. Where is the balancing? Also the + and - connection must be diagonal...

The way it is installed at the moment, the batteries won't survive for long...

They probably need to be replaced....

@edwin-1: This should be looked at by a professional. Please do not continue to operate like this, it is dangerous! The batteries can explode/burn!

First aid: Check voltage of each battery. Charge those who have least

Better: This should be looked at by a professional. Please do not continue to operate like this, it is dangerous! The batteries can explode/burn!
