My iPhone and MacBook will both connect to bluetooth (I see my name and the bars). I never changed the password, but it won't accept the factory password (nor does it reject it). I printed out the report but am not sure where to send it. I did try reinstalling the app and deleting the old bluetooth connection
Reset the password and see how you go -
