No Ve Direct Ping reply

I am trying tp update Firmware on the Multiplus and it shows Status:No VE. Direct ping reply. What do I do to rectify this?

no-ve-direct.jpgBei mir auch im Moment ... irgendwann gehts dann ... aber bis dahin haut er die ganze Kommunikation ... USB etc. raus ... Sonst haut alles hin ...


With me too at the moment ... sometime it goes then ... but until then he knocks out the whole communication ... USB etc. out ... Otherwise everything works ...
