@JJ-O-JJ

Cut off switch goes on the hot (positive) side. Otherwise the electrical current could flow if there was an alternative ground for any reason.

The battery isolator/disconnect switch is normally on the +ve. Fuse first then switch.

If you switch the negative the shunt will loose SOC. So on the -ve shunt then loads (battery protect).

Battery protect is uni directional so put charging sources on the shunt as well.

Ok. i will not have battery protect in system, BMS should be enough protection.

- side: Battery - >BMS>Smart Shunt>loads

+ side: Battery + >Fuse>Cutoff switch>loads

Is this correct?
