What would be the correct order of connecting these devices to the battery bank and to which terminal?

Cut off switch goes on the hot (positive) side. Otherwise the electrical current could flow if there was an alternative ground for any reason.
The battery isolator/disconnect switch is normally on the +ve. Fuse first then switch.
If you switch the negative the shunt will loose SOC. So on the -ve shunt then loads (battery protect).
Battery protect is uni directional so put charging sources on the shunt as well.
