I currently have an ESS system installed consisting of
- 3000kva Multiplus II GX
- 100/20 SmartSolar for DC coupled Panels ( to be replaced with a 250/60 once it arrives)
- Pylontech 3,5 kWh 48V Battery
- AC Coupled PV System (to be replaced with DC system)
- EM24 Meter (Ethernet and running newest firmware)
with the following Issue:
The GX stops to communicate with the EM24 and then stops regulating the solar power coming in. It also then starts charging the battery to 100% from the Grid. In VRM it shows a data gap for the periods. Resetting the GX restores the connection, however it fails again after some time. The MP is running the latest Firmware, as is the SmartSolar. The EM-24 can still be accessed on the network when the data stops being collected.
The MP is connected to the router via Ethernet, as is the EM-24. Connection between the SmartSolar and the GX is via the VE.Direkt ports. BMS is connected via BMS.Can connection.
MP, Battery and charger are interconnected via a bus bar. All fuses are OK.
Has anybody seen something similar?
