VRM not working Uknown error

Is anyone else having an issue access VRM. getting unknown error and none of my installation are showing.

I think they are doing maintenance. It will sort itself out.

Any idea when this issue is solved?


I had the same problem. After a day I had again acces to VRM but the startpage remains blank.


After login I only see "My Instalations" and a blank screen.


Before the outage I saw an overview bar of my installation . After the outage it's gone?

Hi there.

So I'm troubled by this problem too.

Cannot access VRM, not via a browser, nor app, nor via VictronConnect.

(I'm on a Samsung Galaxy A5, Android 5.0.2, if that's relevant?)

For anyone interested...

Access to VRM was denied over and over whilst trying the following:

Samsung Internet.

Chrome.

All above browsers to VRM Portal via VictronConnect app.

The VRM app.


Access to VRM works fine on...

Firefox


(seems the solution was to download Firefox onto my ph and use it as my browser. Working well so far.)
