Multiplus 12/800/35/16 charger do not charge

When use charger only swich charger light blink then inverter with alarm lights blink togheder and thats it no charge , then after 30 sec inverter blink and sound click from inside ,never used charger before , inverter working good , faulty unit maybe?

Or a wiring issue? When you connect to Grid, the multi tests the grid before 'clicking over' or connecting to charge.

If you have an mk3 it may be worth seeing what the reason may be? Is it programmed for the grid connection and charging from the grid?

Hi I check it thru cerbo , faunded fault VE,Bus error 8/11 report ,and blank page ,

system showing shore power just do not pass it thru , I m think it is hapen after firmware update.

Both can be wiring related, or an appliance that is plugged in that has a fault. We recenlty has a washing machine in a household trigger the error 8. It has since been repaired.
