Smart Solar 150/100 disappears from Colour Control. It was upgraded to V1.39 from V1.37 and it can no longer be seen on colour control. On Same Colour Control is Quattro 10000VA Ver 413. What is way to resolve?

For how many days has it been missing?
I may be able to resolve the issue you are having with access to VRM for your Venus-device.
Could you please reply with the following?
- your VRM site id (accessable on the CCGX)
- email that the device is registered to.
It is possible to have this information viewable only to me, and not the general public by setting "Viewable by moderators"
