Pylontech US2000 C - BatteryProtect

Good morning,

I am building a yacht on which I want to use Pylontech US2000 C and MultiPlus II GX and MPPT.

Please advise if I need to use Battery Protect to protect the battery when I connect other 48V DC devices ? Does the battery have ATC and ATD signal?

Does the battery have an internal contactor to cut off current consumption?

Przepraszam, nie mowie po Polsku.

You should not use a contact or Battery Protect with Pylontech. They have their own disconnect devices inside. All protection is inside each Pylontech battery.

Thanks for the reply, I couldn't find anywhere that it has an internal load cut off on charge and discharge. (I already corrected the text to English, sorry)

Hi,

this is an English community. Please use a translator, so more people are able to help.

See this info about Pylontech batteries in a Victron system.

There you will find the proper settings, minimum module configuration and even a schematic how to wire the modules:

Victron & Pylontech UP2500, US2000, US3000, US2000C, US3000C, UP5000, Phantom-S, Force-L1 & L2 [Victron Energy]

Hi,

Sorry for the text not in English, already corrected.

I've read the information on the Victron website, however I didn't get an answer how to protect the battery from discharging when I connect other 48V DC loads (except MultiPlus)
