Catch 22 … update firmware multiplus 24/5000

Dear all, my multiplus 24/5000 rejects charging. My generator is checked and working fine. I wanted to update the Multiplus firmware (…413) as a next step. However I can not do it via Victron connect, as …415 is required. I can not do it via MK3 as access to the Victron Professional Portal is required to download the latest version to update with VE.flash … but I do not have a password …

Any suggestions? My batteries are running flat and I can only reach the dealer tomorrow morning …

Thanks a lot for the swift reply and the explanation! I will give it a try. However, I just swap for another generator … and with the replacement (2000 W max, input current limiter adjusted accordingly) some basic charging is working. Seems it is not the Multiplus but the big Generator :-( … will find out tomorrow...

Dear Mr Lange, account is created and latest software found … will adjust tomorrow after checking the generator again …
