Bluetooth Pin Falsch

Hallo,

ich besitze ein Shiftphone 5me mit Android 8.0

Wenn ich die App Victron Connect starte und versuche einen Bluetooth Verbindung mit meinem Smart Solar Laderegler 75/15 herzustellen bekomme ich die Fehlermeldung Bluetooth Pin falsch.
Der Pin ist aber definitv richtig da ich mit einem Samsung Galaxy A21 eine Verbindung herstellen kann.

Ich kann mit meinem Shiftphone nur den Pin wieder zurücksetzen dies funktioniert.
Aber sobald ich eine Verbindung versuche aufzubauen und dann nach dem Pin gefragt werde bekomme ich angezeigt das der Pin falsch ist. Standard Pin ist 000000

Diese Problem tritt mit einem anderen Shifphone 5me ebenfalls auf.

Wenn es mit einem Samsung funktioniert und mit einem anderen baugleichen Smartphone auch wieder nicht, würde ich das Problem an dem Smartphone vermuten.

Hallo,
bei meinem Shiftphone ist es leider das Gleiche.
Welche Bluetooth Version wird denn von Smart Solar Laderegler unterstützt?
Der Support von Shiftphone schreibt, dass das Shift5me Bluetooth 4.1 nutzt, und hält es eher für ein gerätespezifisches Problem. Alle Methoden aus dem toubleshooting haben leider nicht funktioniert...
