I’d like to know firstly, if the auxiliary output is affected by powercontrol?
Secondly, predominantly I’ll be using it in the UK so on 240v feed. If I were to go to Europe, would it work?

I guess you mean AC Out 2.
It is internally connected to the same line as AC Out 1 just with a relay between. So yes power assist and power control is also working on AC Out 2.
It is in the datasheet, the 230V MultiPlus has an input voltage range of 187-265V (it is adjustable via VE.config or VictronConnect).
Guessing this is a camper or caravan. All Europe is like UK mains. Some camp sites have line and neutral reversed, so get a tester and means of swapping them.
