mk2vsc-30 error on Remote VEConfigure

Hi,


I'm trying to download the configuration file from my multiplus, but get the error:


Error Message: 'MK2 communication error'


Error Code: mk2vsc-30


What does it mean? And why MK2? It's connected with an MK3...

Setup is:

MultiPlus 12/3000/120-16 connected with MK3 USB to Raspberry Pi. Also have a BMV712 connected to the Pi.

Hi Steve; its quite a generic error: Its means just that: an error occurred in the communication between Venus OS and the MK3-USB.

Please add what firmware versions you are running.

Hi,


I had to power down the Pi, and since restart it's been working. Very odd, as obviously the Pi was communicating with the MultiPlus for data.

Hi, i have the same problem after getting the latest firmware on my Color GX... it is impossible to download the file to mod it...

any solution?? do i need to do it manualy as before

Hi, What firmware version do you have on your GX Device?

Latest official is v2.57
