Easy solar 2 GX 10kwh generator not showing that's its putting any power to the system

Hi I have connected a 10kwh diesel generator to my Easy solar 2 GX and its not showing that's its putting any power into the system any help would be most appreciatedeasy-solar.jpg

I think you have to adjust some settings to get it working.

Thanks, however I cannot connect to the VE configure does it require a special cable ? I have an Ethernet cable which I have connected and I can log into Victron connect with no problems is it something I'm doing wrong ? Thanks in advance

This is why reading the docs and knowing the product is important, and why victron want qualified installers doing the work.

You will need a mk3 usb adapter to configure the multi from veconfigure.

It really is clearly documented.
